वाद में कहा गया है कि मस्क ने कंपनी के अधिग्रहण की तारीख से लेकर निर्णय की तारीख से एक वर्ष तक सभी बर्खास्त कर्मचारियों को योजना के अनुसार पृथक्करण की पूरी शर्तें प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिवादियों को बाध्य किया। इस दौरान की यह राशि पांच करोड़ रुपये है।
